MIND is mirrored in the NATURA

When we lose ourselves to contemplate the infinity of the universe in space and time and meditate on the thousands and thousands of centuries past and future, or when it discovers the starry sky at the sight of reality of countless worlds and our consciousness is penetrated by the immensity of the universe, we feel like tiny shrunken atoms: as individuals, as animated bodies and phenomena such as passengers will have the consciousness to fade and dissolve in nothing like a drop in the ocean. But at the same time, against this ghost of our nothingness, against an impossibility so misleading, it elevates us in the immediate consciousness that all these worlds exist only in our representation, and are not subject to alteration of the eternal pure knowledge, and that this subject is just what we feel to be not just forget our individuality, and that therefore we need the support and condizine sine qua non of all worlds and all times.
Arthur Schopenhauer
